Management Information is essential to the smooth running of a school’s business practices. A full suite of MIS courses is available through the TEN Centre.The timetable for the remainder of 2011 is outlined below. Please identify those courses relevant to your school and follow the instructions on how to book in order to reserve your place.

By the end of this course, participants will know how to:
• Add/edit student data.
• Re-admit a student.
• Make a student a leaver.
• Record an exclusion.
• Import/export Common Transfer Files.
• Use the Bulk Update routines.
• Use the Housekeeping routines.
• Run basic reports.

• How to perform Set up Routines.
• How to record Pupil Opening Balances.
• How to perform day to day Dinner Money routines to
ensure effective management.
• Payment recording and Banking processes.
• Reporting features.
